Access LinkedIn Learning from Office 365

Issue:

I need access to LinkedIn Learning.

Environment:

Office 365

Resolution:

Accessing from Office 365

  1. Navigate to Office.com and sign in normally

  1. Select All Apps and scroll down to select the LinkedIn Learning icon in your Apps list.

  2. A dialog box will be displayed prompting you to Connect to my LinkedIn Account or Continue without LinkedIn. Select Continue without LinkedIn>Don't connect my account and then Sounds good (you can connect your account later).

  3. You can now choose some skills you want to explore. Select categories that interest you and click Continue.

  4. Click Select Goal for the number of minutes you want to spend with LinkedIn Learning each week. You can also decide to set this later.

  5. Click Start Learning.

  6. Select the College of Charleston icon in the top right corner. You will then see recomended courses. This is a great place to start!

    1. You can also return to the home page a browse picks based on the skills you. entered or search for courses.

  7. Choose the lesson and either select to Save or Play. The video lesson opens. You have several tabbed options to assist you:

    1. Overview: Opening screen what lists the skills covered

    2. Contents: Selectable topics covered in the lesson

    3. Q&A: access your LinkedIn account for networking and community assistance and collaboration.

    4. Transcripts: Written text from the lesson

    5. Notebook: To take course notes.
