Google Account Automatically Signs In To My Personal Account

Issue:

I can't log into Cmail. It automatically signs me into my personal account.

When I try to access my CofC Google Apps account, it signs me into a different account.

Environment:

Google Account (Cmail, Gmail, Google Apps)

Cause:

When you sign into your Google account, you stay signed in until you sign out.

Resolution:

Sign out of the personal account so you can sign into the school account:

1. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner
2. Choose Sign Out
3. Back on the log in page, click "Use another account"
4. Enter your school email address and password to sign in
