Outlook account disappears from 'Mail' and Outlook stop receiving new emails

Issue:

Outlook isn't pulling new information for email

 

Environment:

Email / Outlook / Windows 10

 

Resolution:

 

Step 1) Click on the Windows icon (four white squares on bottom left of the taskbar)

Step 2) Type 'Mail'

Step 3) Click 'Setings' and then select "Add, Remove and Manage Email Accounts"

Step 4) Verify that your College of Charleston email account is listed if it is not please re-add it by these steps.

           - Click [+] and select Exchange

           - Type in your entire College of Charleston email address and your password

Step 5) Close Outlook and reopen it, it should start refreshing now
