Transfer Photos from iPad to Windows 10

How do I transfer photos from my iPhone or iPad to a Windows 10 computer?

Resolution:

There are many ways to transfer photos from one device to another, including but not limited to:

1. You can connect the device to the computer and transfer them using Windows File Explorer
2. You can transfer them using your iTunes or iCloud account
3. You can import them using the Windows Photos app
4. You can move the photos to your OneDrive account
