Resolution:
The College's preferred cloud based storage is Onedrive, but employees and students do have access to the Google Suite through their College accounts, including Google Drive.
Information on installing and using Google Drive can be found on Google's site. Students use their @g.cofc.edu email and password for login. Information on employee Google Apps accounts can be found on this page.
