Kaltura Needs 3rd Party Cookies Enabled (Safari)

Issue

I cannot access Kaltura videos- I keep getting an error that 3rd party cookies are blocked.

Resolution

MacOS's Safari browser may have restrictions that will prevent the Kaltura videos from playing. A setting can be changed to restore viewing on that browser.

1. In the top menu bar, click on Safari.
2. From the drop down menu given, choose Preferences and then select the Privacy tab.
3. Once in the privacy screen, uncheck the Prevent cross-site tracking box.
4. You may need to close/reopen the browser page to get those settings to save properly and your video to load.
