Zoom: "Host has another meeting in progress" Error

Issue:

Client is receiving a "Host has another meeting in progress" error when attempting to join a Zoom meeting.

 

Environment:

Zoom
 

Cause:  

Since Zoom does not allow a user to attend meetings concurrently, this issue can only occur if the host schedules two overlapping meetings and enables "Join before host" for both.

 

Resolution:

The host of the meeting will have to be contacted and asked to leave the previous meeting properly.  Once this is done, the error should no longer arise.
