Built-In Audio is Not Working

Issue:

Zoom is not recognizing my built in audio (people can't hear me and I'm not muted)

 

Audience:

Faculty, staff, students

 

Environment:

Zoom

 

Resolution:

  1. Restart the computer and try again. With built-in audio, this will likely resolve the problem.
  2. Check for and install updates (Zoom app updates, audio driver updates, operating system updates)
