Can't Install the MyPortal App


I'm having trouble installing the College of Charleston MyPortal app.

MyPortal mobile app

Android, iPhone, iPad



  1. Check your network connection
    • Try connecting to a secure wireless network instead of using cell phone data
    • If you are on campus, you can connect to Eduroam
  2. Check the available space on your device
  3. Confirm that your device is using a supported mobile operating system
