MyPortal - Employee Dashboard "Logon denied" Error

Issue:

I am receiving the following message when attempting to access the Employee Dashboard in MyPortal: "Logon denied. Please contact system administrator"

Cause:

Access to the Employee Dashboard is locked due to an error.

Resolution:

An administrator will need to correct the account issue. Please submit an Account Permission Request ticket with the error message.
