MyPortal Course Registration- "Server Received an Internal Error"

Issue:

I am seeing an error when registering classes that there was an internal error.

I cannot access the Register for Classes area of MyPortal- I am seeing an internal error.

Audience:

MyPortal, Registration

Cause: 

Unknown- being investigated at present. See Problem ID 20109927.

Resolution:

If you are seeing this error, please try the troubleshooting suggestions below.

  1. Switch to a different web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
  2. Try using a private/incognito window.

  3. Try clearing your cache.

  4. Test signing out/signing back into MyPortal. Click the arrow at the top right and  choose Log Out from the drop down menu. Log back in and try again.

  5. Make sure your browser has Javascript and Cookies enabled.

  6. Ensure your browser is up to date.
