How Do I Submit Feedback?

  1. Log in to https://myportal.cofc.edu as a College of Charleston Member

    a. All profiles should have the MyPortal Feedback Tile
  2. Click on the MyPortal Feedback Tile

  3. If you are unable to find the tile, please try to Search and Customize Your Tiles

MyPortal is not complete- it is under continuous development both on the vendor side and on the College's side. The vendor, Ex Libris Group, releases new versions of the app each month according to an official release schedule, and internal feedback is reviewed by a multi-departmental governance group to continue building on and improving MyPortal.
