Resolution:
Short-cut to clear browser data and allow login to MyCharleston.
Web browsers for Windows
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
- Select Clear Browsing Data
- Close the browser window and reopen.
Web browsers for Mac
- Press Command+Shift+Delete (large button)
- Select Clear Browsing Data
- Close the browser window and reopen.
