Can't Read QR Code on Commencement Tickets


Unable to view QR code on printed or electronic commencement ticket.






Settings need to be set to allow the image



How to ensure a QR code is visible on a printed or electronic ticket:

  1. Click on the “View and print your tickets” link in your confirmation email
  2. Make sure images are enabled in your email provider.
    1. For Gmail:
      1. Open Gmail
      2. In the top right, click Settings Settings.
      3. Click Settings.
      4. Scroll down to the "Images" section.
      5. Select Always display external images or Ask before displaying external images. If you chose the "Ask before displaying external images" setting, messages that have images will have a "Display images below" option.
      6. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
    2. Yahoo*
      1. Click the "Options" link on the yellow alert bar and then "Spam" on the left sidebar in the Mail Options screen that opens. Check on one of the following options in the SpamGuard section: "Always show images, except in Spam folder" or "Show images only from my contacts." Click the "Save Changes" button when finished.
    3. AOL Webmail*
      1. Display images for individual email: At the top of the email, click For this message. You will see this note at the top of the email – "Show images: for this message | always for this sender."
    4. Mac Mail*
      1. Select Preferences.
      2. Click on Viewing.
      3. Place a checkmark for Display remote images in email.
      4. Click Save.
    5. iPhone/iPod/iPad*
      1. Select the My Settings icon on the device.
      2. From the Settings menu on the left, select Mail.
      3. Go to Load Remote Images and move the bar to the ON setting.
    6. Hotmail/Windows Live*
      1. Open the desired message.
      2. Click Show content in the yellow security bar right at the top of the message.
