Can't Access the Time Sheet


When I click on the Time Sheet link in the Employee tab of MyCharleston, I just get a blank screen.

When I access time sheets, I do not have one available for the current period.




Banner - HR


  • Employee information is not correct in Banner
  • Employee contract has ended or has not started
  • The period to submit the timesheet has ended
  • A browser update caused a glitch
  • The employee is not connected to a secure network



  • Verify that the employee is connected to a secure network (hardwired or Eduroam). Timesheets will not load if they are connected to guest.
  • Turn off pop up blockers.
  • Enable cookies in the browser.
  • Try from other web browsers.
  • If still not working, contact the Budget and Payroll Office for assistance: 843-953-5574


Time Sheet Does Not Exist for the Current Period

Contact the Payroll and Budgeting Office.

  • Issue may be caused by surpassed contract end date, or their supervisor being vacant.
