Issue:
How do I transfer a call?
Environment:
CofC VOIP or PBX phone line
Phone Models: Avaya 7444, Avaya 7406+, Yealink
Resolution:
- Press Transfer
- Dial the phone number you wish to transfer the caller to -- dial as normal
- VOIP phone will require the full number to be entered, including the area code.
- Non-VOIP phone will require only the last 5 digits if transferring to another CofC line. Dial 9 and then the full number if transferring to an outside line.
- Press Transfer again
