Look up Email Address

Issue:

What is the email address for...?

Environment:

Client must be an employee or student with an Exchange email account

Outlook

Windows

Resolution:

To look up an email address in Outlook:

1. Open Outlook
2. Open a new email message
3. Click the "To..." button or the Address Book icon
4. Type in the name of who you would like to send the email to, last name first (person, department, distribution, or listserv)
5. Select the email group in the main window
6. Click the "To ->" button at the bottom
7. Click OK
