Authorized Users eBill Login Help

Issue:

I have been set up as an authorized user for eBill, but cannot log in.

Environment:

Windows, Mac, etc.

Touchnet Authorized Users eBill portal.

Resolution:

The Treasurer's Office has granted pre-authorized users access to a student's billing records via the Touchnet Authorized User's eBill portal. A user needs to be set up by the student prior to log in- this is done through their MyCharleston account. Information on that process can be found on the Office of the Treasurer's website.

If an authorized user has issues logging into their account, they can use the steps below:

  1. Navigate to my.cofc.edu (MyCharleston) and select the option for Authorized Users eBill under the Quick Links section (under the login and password prompt). Please note that only students have access to MyCharleston at my.cofc.edu. You can also get to the Authorized Users eBill login screen using the direct link.
  2. Once at the login screen, you can log in with the email address you set up the account with and your password. If you do not know the password, locate the option on that page that says Forgot Your Password? It should be right under the email login and password prompt.
  3. Select the word emailed from Have a temporary password emailed to you. When you select that, it should email a temporary password to your email on file.

Please note that if you have a lock from failed login attempts on your Authorized Users eBill account, it can take up to 30 minutes for that lock to expire to allow login.
