Issue/Question:

How do I place a ticket for Service Desk?

Environment:

TeamDynamix web portal

Resolution:

1. Go to Help.cofc.edu

2. Click on Submit a Ticket

3. Login using your Cougars username and password

4. Navigate to the request form that best fits your needs by:

     a. Selecting the Category and Request form that best fits the issue

     b. Use the search box and type search words

     c. Look alphabetically for the service

4. Complete the form

5. Submit the request

 

Do you still need help?  Create a support ticket and a Service Desk technician will contact you.
