Issue:
I recently updated my MyCharleston password, and now cannot access BDM via the direct links.
I need my BDM password reset.

Resolution:
Your password for BDM likely needs to be synchronized with your new MyCharleston login.The steps below outline how to synchronize your passwords:
- Log into MyCharleston.
- Once logged in, select the option for Internet Native Banner (INB). This is likely under your Employee tab.
- A new Banner window will open. You may see a message that your Banner password has been synced.
- Once logged into INB, click on the Display Document button from the top menu bar. This button looks like a magnifying glass on a piece of paper.
- You will receive a message stating that your password has been synced. Note, the mouse point may mean as an hour glass- click Continue or OK to revert it back. You may also receive a BDM error screen- please disregard if so.
You should now be able to log in using the direct BDM links.
