Transcript Status

Issue

I requested a transcript, but haven't received it yet. How do I check on the status of my request?

Resolution

You can check the status of your order through the Parchment website.

  1. Go to www.parchment.com
  2. Click Order and choose Track Your Order
  3. Sign in to your account
    • This is not your College of Charleston (CofC) account - CofC IT will not be able to assist you with your password for this site
    • Use the Forgot Password Link to reset your password if needed
  4. Click Orders at the top to see your orders

Alternatively, you can check your email. Any time the status changes, you will be sent a status email. See the How to Order a Transcript with Parchment video for more.
