I requested a transcript, but haven't received it yet. How do I check on the status of my request?

You can check the status of your order through the Parchment website.
- Go to www.parchment.com
- Click Order and choose Track Your Order
- Sign in to your account
- This is not your College of Charleston (CofC) account - CofC IT will not be able to assist you with your password for this site
- Use the Forgot Password Link to reset your password if needed
- Click Orders at the top to see your orders
Alternatively, you can check your email. Any time the status changes, you will be sent a status email. See the How to Order a Transcript with Parchment video for more.
