Issue:
How do you change or adjust the ringtone for the campus VoIP phone.
Environment:
Campus VoIP Yealink T48S desk phone.
Resolution:
Volume settings and ringtone types can be adjusted without an administrative password.
On the touch pad display, navigate to the ringtone settings, by following the steps:
1. Press the Menu key
2. Select Basic
3. Press Sound on the left side of the display window.
4. Select Ringtones
5. Use the volume control key to adjust the ringtone volume to the desired level.
6. Select save to keep the changes.
