Resolve Errors when you Update or Restore iPhone/iPad/iPod

Issue

When trying to update or restore my iPad/iPhone/iPod using iTunes, I got an error.

 

Environment

iPhone, iPad, iPod

Using iTunes

 

Resolution

Visit Apple's Support Site

 

  1. Update iTunes
  2. Update your Computer
  3. Plug the device directly into your computer
  4. Restart
  5. Check your security software
  6. Try again
