Issue

Can I block a caller from my phone?

Environment

T48G or T48S Yealink Touchscreen phone

Resolution

You can add a number to your blacklist and this will prevent them from being able to call you.

To add a number to the blacklist

1. Press Menu->Directory->Blacklist.
2. Press the Add soft key.
3. Enter the name and the office, mobile or other numbers in the corresponding fields.
4. Press Save.
5. The number is added to your blacklist and will not be able to call you directly.

To remove a number from the blacklist

1. Press Menu->Directory->Blacklist.
2. Press the "i" icon on the right next to the blacklist entry.
3. Press Delete.
4. Press OK to confirm.

You can also add your phone to the Do Not Call Registry to reduce the number of calls from Telemarketers: https://www.donotcall.gov/
