Transcript Doesn't Load

Issue

I'm trying to request a transcript, but the page never loads.

The page says, "If it does not load, click here." I click there and nothing happens.

Resolution

1. Turn your pop up blocker off.
2. Check behind the current window - the pop up may be behind it.
3. Try from another browser.
4. If you are on a non-secure network (one that does not require username/password, or one that is shared by the public), switch to a secure private network.
5. If you are at work (or anywhere that may have a firewall), switch to a different network. The firewall may prevent the page from loading.
