Issue:
Do I need to create an account for Adobe 2020 upgrade? It is asking me to sign in.
Adobe Acrobat requires Sign In with an Adobe ID to activate the software
Adobe asks me for an Adobe ID when I open a PDF file

Environment:
Adobe Acrobat
College-owned computers only
Resolution:
You are not required to sign into Adobe Acrobat 2020 to be able to use it if you installed it from AppsAnywhere, Software Center, or Self Service. See below for how to clear out the prompt for signing in.
Off campus computers that used AppsAnywhere to upgrade to Adobe Acrobat 2020:
- Close Adobe Acrobat and sign out of AppsAnywhere. Then try opening Adobe Acrobat again.
- If that does not resolve it, try restarting the computer.
- If it still does not open, try running the installer again from AppsAnywhere.
- If still not resolved, try uninstalling it from Programs and Features, restart the computer, and reinstalling again from AppsAnywhere.
- If necessary, activate Windows and try again.
On campus computers:
- Uninstall Adobe Pro
- Reinstall it
