Authorized User Account is locked

Unable to log into eBill

Environment

Secure Touchnet

Authorized User - an authorized user is anyone to whom the student has granted eBill access

Resolution

Wait 30 minutes.

Neither Service Desk nor the Treasurer's Office has access to unlock the account. The account will automatically become unlocked after 30 minutes.

If it has been more than 30 minutes and you are still getting the error, try switching browsers or clearing cache.
