Application Account Login

Issue:

I need to log into the CofC application.

How do I finish my application?

Applicant has trouble logging into the application account

 

Environment:

TargetX/Salesforce

Application Account

Applicant is not admitted to the college yet, only in the stages of applying

 

Resolution: 

To sign into the application portal to finish your application:

  1. 1. Go to the application portal: https://cofcharleston.force.com/portal

  1. 2. Enter your email address as the username. 

  1. 3. Enter your password. 

  1. 4. Click sign in. 

  1. 5. Click finish application (blue button). 

 

If you need to reset the password:

  1. Click the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the page.
  2. Enter your email address for the username.
  3. Click Request Password.
  4. A password will be emailed to you. Open the email with the subject Welcome to the College of Charleston Online Application.
    • If you do not see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
    • If you still do not see the email, contact Admissions for assistance.
  5. Click on the hyperlink in the email.
  6. Create a new password and confirm the new password (ignore the box for 'old password').
  7. Click change password.
