Photo Submission Instructions

Submiit Photo for Cougar Card

Environment:

MyCharleston

Resolution:

To submit your photo,

  1. Log into MyCharleston using your CofC email address portion before “@” as your (MyChas Login) username, not your 8-digit ID number.
  2. Click on the My Accounts tab. The 'Cougar Card Portal' link is located on the bottom right of the page. Select the Cougar Card Portal link.
  3. Select Student Logon and enter your MyCharleston Login/username (again, CofC email address portion before “@”, not your 8-digit ID number) and MyCharleston password.
  4. Select Profile and “Click to submit a new photo”. There is no need to fill out the personal information under your Profile.

Troubleshooting:

  1. Use MyCharleston login page "Get Login Assistance" to lookup MyChas Login
  2. Do not use mobile device (cellphone, tablet or iPad)
  3. Clear browser cache/history (CTRL+Shift+Delete)
  4. Disable pop-up blocker
  5. Within MyCharleston/My Accounts doing a password reset could resolve issues.
