How to view multiple screens when connecting to another computer via Remote Desktop
The option to use multiple monitors with Remote Desktop is missing
Environment:
Windows 7, Windows 10, Remote Desktop
Resolution:
It is possible to see multiple displays when connecting via Remote Desktop, however BOTH the local and remote PCs must be using one of the following operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 7 Ultimate, or Windows 7 Enterprise.

Open Remote Desktop Connection.

Enter the name of the remote PC in the Computer field.

Click on the dropdown error next to Show Options.

Click on the Display tab

Check the box Use all my monitors for the remote session.

Click Connect.
