Issue:

When attempting to request an offcial transcript, receiving a message that the website is blocked

How do I turn off the pop up blocker on my iPhone?

Resolution:

Turn off your pop up blocker

Using iPhone:

1. Tap Settings > Safari
2. Set "block pop-ups" to off (gray instead of green)
