Delete a Wireless Network Profile in Windows 10

Issue:

I can't connect to Eduroam. How do I delete the wireless network profile?

Environment:

Windows 10

PC

Resolution:

To delete a wireless network profile in Windows 10:

  1. Click the Network icon on the lower right corner of your screen.
  2. Click Network settings.
  3. Click Manage Wi-Fi settings.
  4. Under Manage known networks, click Eduroam (the name of the network you want to delete).
  5. Click Forget. The wireless network profile is deleted.

After you forget the network, you can run the wireless configuration tool again from wireless.cofc.edu.

When prompted to enter the username, enter your full College email address (@g.cofc.edu or @cofc.edu). The password will be your MyCharleston password. More information on connecting to Eduroam can be found on this page.
