Student Financial Responsibility Form

Issue:

I'm not able to register for classes because of a prompt to complete my financial responsibility form.

What is the financial responsibility form?

Environment:

Student

MyCharleston

Resolution:

The Student Financial Responsibility form is a required document that each student must acknowledge and sign every semester of attendance.

The form is located inside of MyPortal, and students will be prompted to acknowledge and sign the form at the start of a new semester when attempting to register for classes.

Further information on the details of the form itself, and questions regarding why it is required, are best directed to the Office of the Treasurer. Their contact information is available on their website at treasurer.cofc.edu.
