Voicemail - Change Recorded Name

Issue:

How do I change the recorded name for my voicemail?

Environment:

VoIP T48S CofC phone

Cause:

New employee using the phone

Resolution:

To change the recorded name:

1. Press the message button to call voicemail
2. Press 3 to access the greetings menu (instead of 1 to access voice mail)
3. Press 1
4. Press 1 again
5. Say your name to record it
