Login to my Parking Portal Account

Issue:

How do I access the Parking Portal?

My password is not working for the Parking Portal. What should I do?

 

Environment:

Parking Portal

 

Resolution:

Once you are logged into your parking account, you can view citations, appeals, letters, permits, etc.

 

To log into your parking portal:

  1. Log into MyCharleston
  2. Go to the My Accounts tab
  3. In the upper right corner, there will be a channel titled My Parking Services. In that channel click the link to "Access My Parking Account." This will take you to the login page for your parking account.  
  4. Your login and password should be the same as your MyCharleston login and password.

 

My Password is not Working

  1. Use the same username that you use for MyCharleston. This should be letters, not numbers. Locate your MyCharleston Login
  2. If your password ends in a special character, reset it.
  3. If the password is still not working after it has been reset, contact Parking Services. Email: parkingservices@cofc.edu
