Email Login Assistance
What is my email address and password? – For CofC students, faculty, and staff; includes what your email address is, and what the initial password is.
Reset My Cmail Password – Instructions for admitted students to reset their CofC email (aka Cmail) password to match their MyCharleston password.
Authorized User eBill Login (Parents, Guardians)
Set Up an eBill Authorized User – Instructions for students to give authorized user access to their parents or guardians. Authorized users will be able to access eBill to make deposits and tuition payments.
Reset Password for Authorized Users eBill – Log in instructions for Authorized Users, including how to get a new password and what to do if the account gets locked.
Unlock an Authorized User Account - If your authorized user account becomes locked, wait 30 minutes for the lock to remove itself.
