Banner 9 Project Issue report

Used to report a problem is encountered while testing Banner 9 to notify IT through your Business Analyst (BA). If the BA is unable to resolve the issue then they will escalate the problem to the Banner installation subject matter expert (SME). If that SME is unable to resolve the issue the problem will be escallated to Ellucian. The solution may have to wait on a future Banner 9 update.
